Just Because

Taking away the `Just Because' explanation does open up a whole bunch of interesting questions. Well, it is not normally called the `Just Because' explanation... it is normally hidden in the guise of because this book tells me so. Sometimes it is just popular belief that leads us to not question things.

I still have a gut feeling about some of these questions, but explaining the answers to myself more fully may prove interesting...

1) Is prostitution wrong?
2) Should you be faithful?
3) Is the `till death do us part' promise an honest one?
4) Is the death penalty wrong?
5) Is 100% percent honesty desirable?
6) If you know your friend is cheating on their partner, what is the right thing to do?
7) Can you be friends with someone you have a fundamental difference with? E.g. someone who is blatantly unashamedly racist?
8) Which laws (if any) are acceptable to break, which ones aren't?
9) Is it ok to steal if you have no other option?
