This is brilliant. khanacademy.org flips the classroom. Using game dynamics and the ability for students to learn at their own pace, combined with plenty of data for teachers to know exactly how students are progressing, this man is onto something.

What is really awesome is that this is borderless. If you want to join the site as a coach in some of your spare time you can. If you are a teacher in Pofadder, Philly or Paris... you can flip your classroom using this.

Much like kids prefer the internet to the dumb box, and love playing games, this type of learning could make a huge difference.
