Deeper Versions

I always wanted to be hypnotised. I am an exhibitionist, so I have no fear of embarrassing myself. But I don't like faking. Turns out hypnosis is just a deep state of relaxation and openness to suggestion. Letting what is truly possible take care of what is 'fake'. Stories fill the gaps between facts creating imagined worlds of possibility. Creating spaces free from our judgement of what we are capable of doing allows us to lean into the story. Through dance, drama, music, art and tales of magic and mystery we can relax into deeper versions of ourselves.
