Daily Practice

Changing your behaviours is more relevant than changing your mind. I am far more interested in tranformative years than instantaneous epiphanies. It is possible for an idea to sink in immediately, but normally we are already full of emotions, thoughts and obstacles. Truely valuable insight takes a long time to soak in. It requires time, persistence and commitment. It requires patience. Stepping back and looking at the things you do every single day, is a powerful exercise. What is your loop? What repeats? Over and over. Changing those things consciously is where the real power lies. What is your Daily Practice?

What happens again and again?
