Stephen Hawking

Stephen Hawking gives a brief talk on the beginning of the universe and the possibility of there being other equally or more intelligent life elsewhere in the universe.

He doesn't believe there is any other intelligent life within 100 million light years of earth, or he believes we would have made contact or been aware of their existence by now.

He says he discounts UFO sightings as it makes no sense why aliens would only visit weirdos.

Just watching him was fascinating. The idea that behind what appears to be a complete invalid is this awe-inspring mind is quite something.
